Depending on the needs of each of our clients, Williams and Associates Marketing can either assume any or all of the functions or assist our clients with any or all of the functions which comprise the sales acquisition process.

 Williams and Associates Marketing is aware that the implementation of a proper processing methodology is imperative to support any marketing initiative and as such, Williams and Associates Marketing pre-processes and validates all sales agreements through our data entry and third-party verification procedure prior to submitting the final sale to our clients.

Our back office process streamlines customer acquisitions, expedites customer information flow, manages customer information, provides management reports, eliminates tricky manual calculations, pays our sales representatives, and removes the stress of managing the sales acquisition process from our clients.

 

Staffing and Hiring

Williams and Associates Marketing only recruits, hires, and maintains quality sales representatives. All agents are prescreened and must pass a series of background checks before becoming part of our team. All campaigns are treated with intense scrutiny and our management team has a combined total of 22 years of experience in sales, energy, and telecom.

All of our sales campaigns are designed to allow the most effective mass marketing of any given territory. Williams and Associates Marketing follows a system of lead sheets, mapping, and agent distribution. Our agents always work in a team setting and are always in the vicinity of on-site management to maintain quality, maximize territory, and to handle any and all problems promptly. At the end of every sales day all materials, collateral, and completed paperwork are collected and sent to our home office for immediate processing. Agents are always provided uniforms and/or they must dress business casual depending on the program and the client’s request. Last, all agents are branded and given a badge according to the client's specifications

Marketing Plan
 Williams and Associates Marketing can test a sales campaign by deploying a small team of agents in any area to determine the market potential of our clients’ products or services. WMS uses the test market period to identify the target market, develop marketing materials and create a successful customer presentation for our sales representatives. The test market usually requires two weeks to evaluate and determine if the Williams and Associates Marketing in-person sales approach is the best solution. 

 

Third Party Verification

To adhere to our quality commitment, all our agreements are verified using our automated verification center.

All calls are digitally recorded and linked to the individual customer for immediate confirmation and playback.

We have systems to monitor correspondence with customers to ensure the customer has a complete understanding of the terms and conditions of the agreement.

 

Management and Training

 The first-rate reputation and public image of Williams and Associates Marketing clients is our main priority. Williams and Associates Marketing conducts an extensive agent training program that is specifically adapted to Williams and Associates Marketing clients’ products or services. Williams and Associates Marketing agents are trained to be courteous and friendly and to answer all questions regarding each particular offering. Before any agent represents a Williams and Associates Marketing client, the agent must complete a training certification program. This program includes an oral and written examination pertaining to product knowledge, company policies, and codes of conduct.
